Story Behind My Blog

My topic is HIV and AIDS. My cousin inhereted HIV at birth from her mother. My aunt passed away when my cousin was only two years old. Her father also died of AIDS when she was six years old. I never got the chance to meet either of them. I chose this topic because she is my best friend and my closest cousin. I watch how she struggles and fights with this disease everyday. She is the strongest person I know. She is my hero and I have always looked up to her. Im writing this blog for her, and to make people more aware of how serious HIV and AIDS are.
